Small advice practices across Australia
Years of advice. A page that says too little. Hollio plans, writes and designs your posts every month, then screens them for compliance issues. You approve, we schedule and publish.
If you’re not happy with your first month. Terms and conditions apply.
No lock-in contract. Prices in AUD, excluding GST.

Someone recommends you. A prospective client looks you up. A page that undersells your advice can send them elsewhere. Give the next referral something worth finding.

Australians use social media to research brands, almost as many as use search engines.
The big firms have a marketing team. Small firms have Hollio. Posts that show what you do, who you help and why your firm is worth a call.
Your whole month, ready to review in one place. No marketing hire. No agency retainer.
Tell us about your practice, clients and advice services. Choose your look and connect your social accounts.
A month of posts, planned, written and designed around your services, your clients and your brand. Screened for compliance issues before they reach you.
Review your posts in one place. Flag anything you'd like changed. Approve the posts you're happy with, then hit Send for scheduling.
Your posts go out on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn while you're with clients. Your page keeps moving, even in your busiest weeks.

About Hollio
Small firms deserve the same quality of presence as firms with a marketing department. Hollio plans, writes and designs your posts every month, screens them for compliance issues, and puts them in one place for you to review and approve.
I grew up around financial services and built my career in the creative industry. I saw smaller firms doing great work, but without the time or resources to build an online presence that did them justice. I created Hollio to bring those two worlds together, giving small firms a presence that reflects the quality of their work.

Hollio creates social media content for Australian financial advisers, mortgage brokers and accountants. Each month, we plan, write and design your posts and screen them for compliance issues. You review the content in the app before it is scheduled and published.
Choose 12 posts a month for a consistent presence, or 24 for a more frequent publishing pace. Both include the same content creation, screening, approval, scheduling and reporting features.
Onboarding takes minutes. Create your account, check out on your chosen plan, and add your brand details in the app. We email you when your first batch is ready to review.
Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Connect your accounts during onboarding so approved content can be published to them. Your accounts stay yours.
No. One piece of content counts as one post, even when it is shared across all three platforms. A carousel also counts as one post within your monthly total of 12 or 24.
No. Your team handles comments, direct messages and enquiries. Hollio handles content creation, screening, scheduling and publishing.
No. We plan, write and design everything in your brand. And if you ever feel like posting something of your own in between, you are more than welcome; it will be standing in good company.
Flag it with a note. We amend it and redeliver it for your approval, and it cannot publish while it waits.
You do, always. The accounts are yours and every published post is yours. Even if you stop paying, everything already published stays yours and stays live.
No. Shishka Media is a marketing business, not an adviser, a broker or a tax agent. We hold no AFSL, no credit licence and no tax agent registration, and we are not a representative of your licensee. We screen the work; we never certify it. A clean screen means our systems did not pick anything up, and your own review still applies.
Yes, a seven-day preview guarantee on every plan, monthly or quarterly. From the day we email you that your first month is ready, you have seven days to look through it in the portal and ask for a full refund of what you paid. Exporting any of the content or pressing Send for scheduling ends it, because at that point the work is in use. Approving posts into your pool does not. It is available once per business, we review each request by hand, and your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected.
Yes. Credit content is screened under the National Credit Code rather than the financial services advice rules, because a general advice warning has no place on a broker’s post. Where a rate is stated, it carries its comparison rate, the worked example and the required warning, or it does not ship.
Yes. You onboard with your Tax Practitioners Board registration number, and your content is screened under the tax practitioner rules rather than the financial advice rules: no promised or maximised refunds, no claim of ATO or Tax Practitioners Board approval, and no general advice warning on work that is not financial product advice.
Never personal advice. Nothing is written to your reader’s objectives, situation or needs, and no post steers anyone toward a particular product. Most posts are general information. Where a post expresses a view on a class of products, that is general advice, and the required warning is written into the caption. You and your licensee remain responsible for the final approval.
Your content is written around your business, with research to support factual topics. We search selected sources, including official government and regulator guidance, and give the writer the findings, source links and any limits the research identifies. Drafts then go through our screening checks before reaching you for approval.
Every draft, amendment, approval and published post is logged in your portal, so there is a running record of what was approved and when.
Yes. Use Export for licensee review to download the post visuals, captions, warnings and proposed date. Complete your licensee's process, then return to your portal for final sign-off.
Every plan includes live reach and engagement reporting in the portal.
In Australia. Our content engine, its database and its image storage run in Amazon’s Sydney region, and your portal is hosted in an Australian region too. Some supporting services do sit overseas, and our privacy policy names every one of them and what it handles.
A consistent presence and a brand your ideal clients start to recognise. What we will not do is promise a number: reach, enquiries and revenue depend on factors outside anyone’s control, and we would rather be straight with you than sell you a guarantee.
